Hi I’ve upgraded from the free version of Snapmotion Lite which only produces watermarked black images to the full version. I’m only able to snap completely black images from my videos, so it appears as though the upgrade has not occurred.

I am sorry for the delay and the issues with the app. I did some tests today, and I cannot reproduce the problem. All works well on my machine.
Are you sure the problem is unrelated to your current video file?
