About 6 weeks ago I contacted support about a license purchase. I bought both MetaImage and MetaRename and was about to buy MetaVideo when I noticed the bundle option of all three at a discount. I immediately contacted support via e-mail to convert to the bundle option, but I didn’t get any reply. I tried again later via e-mail, and later again via LinkedIn, but heard nothing since.
So this is a desperate attempt to get into contact with someone about my request.
