Paid for MetaImage License, Have not received it

Hi, I purchased a license to MetaImage on August 4th through your website, but I never received an email with the license. I used the support contact form on the website but I have not received a reply. How can this be resolved? Thanks

Hi Oribi,

I am currently the only one dealing with all support requests. It happens that I respond with a few days of delays. I try to answer everyone as quickly as possible. Normally, I replied to your email today if I received it.
