How to Shift or Offset Time of Pictures

I’m on Holiday and forgot to change my camera’s date and time. Is there a way to adjust the timestamps of all pictures by -1 hour?

I thought it used to be an option, however the app updated on my computer yesterday and now I don’t see it.
